创业过程中团队再造与知识管理研究述评

现有创业过程、创业团队再造及其知识管理的相关研究存在着四点不足:对创业过程的研究缺乏系统的理论研究基础;对创业前期的知识管理研究不够;对创业过程中的知识更新和基于知识管理的创业团队再造的研究还不多见;对创业绩效、知识管理以及创业团队再造关系的研究不够深入,更缺乏基于中国创业环境特点的实证研究等。应以创业过程为主线,把创业、知识和团队等制约创业实践的几个关键性要素统合起来,探讨创业团队的动态优化配置机理,以及多样性的创业团队再造模式及其知识管理方式。

Reestablishing Entrepreneurial Team and Its Knowledge Management in Entrepreneurial Process

There are four flaws in these research fields on the entrepreneurial process,reestablishing entrepreneurial team and its knowledgement management at present.:There are short of the base of systemic theory research on the entrepreneurial process.There are inadequate in knowledge management about the entrepreneurial prophase.These researchs are few in the knowledge updating of entrepreneurial process and reestablishing entrepreneurship team.These researchs on the relation among entrepreneurial performance,knowledge management,reestablishing entrepreneurial team don't go deeper into.There aren't enough demonstration researchs on the base of China entrepreneurial surroundings.Research should make entrepreneurial process a masterstroke,gather these key elements of entrepreneurship,knowledge and team into one.Then,discuss the dynamic optimizing scheme mechanism and variety reestablishing patterns as well as knowledge management modes of the entrepreneurial team in the future research.
