| 摘 要： | 本文分析了消费市场的影响因素,指出影响消费市场的主要因素是经济因素和社会因素,具体包括:居民收入水平、人口数量和人口结构、观念和审美及宏观政策等。研究了经济增长所带来的消费市场的变化,指出消费市场的这些因素及其经济发展所带来的变化,不仅会影响住宅市场的总需求,而且使得住宅市场需求的结构发生了变化。小户型住宅、老年住宅和节能住宅将会有旺盛的需求。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the factors of the consumer market, and points out the main factors that affect the consumer market are the economic and social factors,including the income level,population and the demographic structure,concepts,aesthetic and macroeconomic policies,etc..It also studies the changes in the consumer market brought about by the economic growth,pointing out that all the factors and the changes will not only affect demand of the residential market,but also make a change in the structure of the residential market demand.Small Apartments,Elderly Housing and Energy Conservation housing will be in great demand. |
