摘    要:系统回顾了国内外关于组织支持感的研究及其最新进展,主要内容包括组织支持感研究的背景和理论基础、组织支持感的测量、组织支持感的影响因素和结果以及中介效应,最后对研究趋势作了展望,即对西方来说,对上级POS的作用及中介效用将会受到更多关注,我国学者将进一步深化POS的跨文化研究,以及不同性质组织中组织支持感影响因素、结果的差异问题和组织支持感的中介效用研究。

Abstract:This paper systematically reviews foreign and domestic research on perceived organizational support(POS) and its latest progress,including the research background,the theoretical basis,POS measure,factors influencing POS,the outcomes of POS and the moderating effects of POS.The paper also forecasts the development trend of the research in this respect,that is,in western countries,the function of perceived supervisor support and the moderating effect of POS will be further concerned;in China,researchers will focus on the cross-cultural research of POS,the influencing factors of POS in different organizations,the difference of outcomes and the moderating effects of POS.
