大城市近郊旅游地产运营模式实证分析——以昆明市为例

摘    要:在阐述大城市近郊旅游地产缘起和开发模式的基础上,以昆明近郊温泉旅游地产为例,分析了"旅游景区依托型房地产模式"和"度假房地产主导型旅游模式",并对其运营模式的关键要素、产品类型及互动发展模型进行比较分析,提出大城市近郊旅游地与旅游地产可持续发展的建议。

Abstract:On the basis of expounding the origin and development mode of the big city suburb tourism estate, this paper makes an empirical study of the hot spring tourism real estate of Kunming suburb. To begin with, it analyzes the "real estate model of relying on tourism" and "the vacation real estate -dominant travel model". Then a comparison is made between the two opera- tion modes in the key elements, product type and interactive development model. Finally, the paper proposes some suggestions about the sustainable development of suburban tourism and tourism real estate in big cities.
