李退溪书院思想与人格美育

朝鲜李朝书院的兴盛,与李退溪的书院思想和书院活动有直接关系.李退溪认为,当时的国学乡校已经失去了育人的本质功能而沦为科举应试的工具.兴建书院势在必行,非为举业而为尊贤讲道.通过对为己之学与为人之学、君子儒与小人儒的分析,李退溪认为书院重人格教育的尊贤讲道之风可以纠偏当时浮薄恶劣的士林风气、提高士人人格修养、美化风俗并使天下大治.
