| 摘 要： | 本文从自主学习的内涵出发,基于国内外对英语自主学习的启示以及笔者在教学中的经验指出:成功的自主学习应建立在师生共同努力的基础上,充分运用元认知策略、认知策略和情感策略来进行;在英语学习中,自主学习能力的提高可以通过确立正确的学习观念,培养积极的学习兴趣,充分利用相关的学习资源等方法来实现。
