| 摘 要： | 当前江西工业发展面临人才缺乏、基础薄弱和基础设施落后等挑战,走新型工业化发展道路是实现江西经济崛起的必由之路。通过构筑企业集群,可以较快地实现江西的城市化和新型工业化道路,提高资源配置效率。加速江西企业集群建设需要构筑良好的基础设施、加强工业园区质量建设、积极吸引留住人才和大力创建品牌,同时也需要加快对外开放和政策上对企业集群的引导管理。

| Abstract: | The industrial development in Jiangxi faces lots of challenges such as scarcity of talents, weakness of industry base as well as backwardness of infrastructure. New industrialization path is the only way of accelerating economic development in Jiangxi. By building enterprise cluster, Jiangxi can realize urbanization and industrialization and improve the efficiency of resource allocation. In order to accelerate the development of enterprise cluster, Jiangxi needs to improve infrastructure, strengthen the quality building in the industrial parks, create the established brands, attract and keep more talents, quicken the pace of opening up to the outside world and strengthen the management of the enterprise cluster. |
