产学研合作的高校内部障碍分析及政策建议

目前，校企产学研合作仍存在认识差异、机制障碍、沟通不畅等弊端。要促进校企产学研合作必须做到：第一，加大宣传力度，营造良好氛围，号召高校教师在推进科技转化的实践中实现自身价值；第二，以适应经济发展为导向，完善评价激励机制，实现高校教师服务社会与个人发展相结合；第三，发挥政策优势，实施引智计划，吸引科技人才集聚企业共谋发展；第四，组建校内产学研服务机构，提高服务质量，为广大教师参与产学研保驾护航；第五，集中资源，打造科技合作大平台，推动产学研向高水平迈进。

An Analysis of Internal Barriers in Higher Education Institutes in their Cooperation with Enterprises and Counter-measures
