| 摘 要： | 当前“三农”问题制约整个国民经济的发展,“三农”问题的解决需要巨额资金的投入,需要一个健全的农村金融体制为之服务,而目前的农村金融体制存在很大缺陷。本文分析了现有农村金融体制存在的问题,提出了对合作性金融、商业性金融、政策性金融重新进行功能定位和调整,建立合理有效的农村金融体制。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the issue about agriculture,countryside and farmers is crucial for development of national economy.The solution of this issue,however,demands the input of a huge sum of fund and support by a perfect rural financial system.The present rural financial system has a great defect.Accordingly,based on current status analysis,it is proposed that the cooperative finance,commercial finance and policy-oriented finance should be given another function orientation and adjustment,so as to build a reasonable and efficient rural financial system. |
