| Abstract: | The reformations of thinking methods, subject, object, means and tools brought by the knowledge economy development to the edition of the scientific journals are discussed in this paper. Editors of the scientific journals should strengthen the studying and comprehension about all of these reformations, so as to give the scientific journals full play as the media at higher level in the future. |
