高校教师离职倾向形成过程的优先度分析

摘    要:离职倾向即成员自愿离开组织的倾向,其高低程度决定着教师的实际离职行为。运用过程优先度方法,建立起离职倾向与其形成过程之间的联系,并通过优先度算法,识别出影响高校教师离职倾向的主要过程,可以帮助高校找出人力资源管理中的切入点,进而有计划有步骤地改变教师离职倾向。

Abstract:Turnover tendency refers to the tendency that teachers willingly depart from their positions and its degree determines teachers' actual turnover behavior. Based on the method of process priority, the relationship between turnover tendency and its formation process can be established. Moreover, through amethod of process priority, the main process which influences teachers' turnover tendency at university has been identified. Both can avail to find out the gateway for the human resources management at universities so as to reduce teachers' turnover tendency systematically.
