实行职工个人医疗账户制度的作用

辽宁工学院实行医疗帐户制度改革两年多来 ,得到了全院职工的认可。一方面医疗费支出总体水平有了一定程度的降低 ;另一方面又使绝大多数职工得到了医疗制度改革的实惠。同时学院实行的医疗互助基金制度 ,又使重病患者的医疗费支出有了一定的保障。因此 ,从整体上看 ,辽宁工学院实行的个人帐户医疗制度改革是成功的。

The Role of Instituting Personal Medical Treatment Account for Each of Staff and Workers

It is more than two years since we carried out the reform of medical treatment account service in Liaoning Institute of Technology and the reform has been already approved by all the staff and workers. As a result of the reform, the total of the medical expenses have, to a certain degree, cut down and, what is more, a great majority of the staff and workers have actually benefited a lot. Besides, the establishment of mutual fund for medical treatment ensures the needed medical expenses to the patients suffering from serious diseases. So, considered as a whole, the medical treatment reform is successful.
