后现代主义对高校学生工作的启示

摘    要:后现代主义是20世纪末西方社会流行的一种哲学和文化思潮,其影响遍及各个领域。借鉴后现代主义教育理论,强调反思和批判,承认"差异性",提倡多元化思维,推崇平等对话,对于高校学生工作调整、工作定位、创新工作理念、探索工作方法、重构师生关系有着积极的意义。

Abstract:Postmodernism is a dominant philosophical and cultural trend of thought in the late 20th century. Its influence can be found in almost every field. The postmodern education theory, on the other hand, emphasizes critical thinking, recognizes differences, and advocates pluralities of thoughts and conversation on equal basis. Therefore, it is of great significance for the student administrators in institutions of higher learning to draw lessons from it to readjust their work, position their roles, innovate their ideas and working methods, and reconstruct the relationship between students and teachers.
