| 摘 要： | 在网络环境下,信息收集利用的隐私侵权问题变得越来越突出和尖锐。阐释和分析了隐私权的法律意义、侵权的表现形式以及相关隐私立法保护的情况,最后强调指出网络环境隐私权保护的要点。
