| Abstract: | It is imperative to address the financial crisis problem of public universities in China.The probability of settling bankruptcy accounts of public universities is demonstrated.Based on the recognition of the main body for the repayment of debt of the universities,the fund source for the debt is cleared.Besides,short-term methods to relax the financial crisis are summarized.Finally,an enduring effect mechanism to handle the crisis is proposed. |
