| 摘 要： | 西部县域经济作为国民经济的特殊层面,由于二元结构而形成的表层金融带来金融抑制的后果严重制约了西部经济发展,因此必须促进西部县域经济中的金融体系向金融深化方向发展,进行金融约束战略改革,为县域经济的稳定、持久发展提供支持。

| Abstract: | The western county-level economy is a special factor of national economy.The Superficial finance formed by dual structure takes the consequence of financial repression and hinders further development of Western China.For this reason,we must promote financial system of county-level economy towards deep financial developing,carry on the strategic reform of financial restraint,and support the steady and sustained development of county-level economy. |
