| 摘 要： | 系统论要求构成战争系统的各要素要紧密配合、协调运转 ,才能赢得战争的胜利。甲午战争中清朝中央内部、陆海军各部队、官与兵、军与民之间相互摩擦 ,内耗严重 ,大大削弱了清朝的抵抗力量 ,违反了系统论的基本要求 ,最终在甲午战争中惨遭失败

| Abstract: | In order to win the war,the system theory requests that each factor composing the war system must cooperate closely and operate coordinately.But in the Sino-Japanese War,the center government of the Qing Dynasty,the ground force and navy,the officials and soldiers, the army and the common people couldn't coordinate well.The fractions kept arising and led to great loss,it weakened the resistance of the Qing Dynasty vastly.Meanwhile,it broke the basic rules of the system theory,and ultimately it led to the disastrous defeat of the Qing Dynasty in the war. |
