| 摘 要： | 在中国融入"市场化"、"全球化"发展过程中,高校师德建设遇到很多新的问题。这些问题既有市场经济趋利性原则导致教师对师德认识产生偏差的原因,也有对师德建设抓得不够、师德建设措施不力的原因。当前,急需构建与"市场化"、"全球化"相适应的师德理论体系,建立、健全高校师德建设的运行机制,使师德理论运用到新形势下的中国高校教育,以达到加强高校师德建设的目的。
