| 摘 要： | 基于陕西省农民对农田水利基础设施、农村道路基础设施、农村医疗卫生、农村社会保障等12种具体公共品的满意度评价,运用因子分析萃取出代表农村公共品满意度评价共性特征的四个公因子:农村"软性"基本公共服务、"硬性"基本公共服务、农业生产服务和农村高层次公共服务,然后依据因子分析结果构建了农村公共品整体满意度的评价体系,并结合问卷中的辅助问项回答情况对因子分析结果进行经济解释,以揭示农村公共品需求的层次性和需求满意度的形成机理,最后提出优化农村公共品供给、提高农民需求满意度的对策。

| Abstract: | According to the Shaanxi farmers＇ evaluation on the satisfaction of 12kinds of specific public goods,four common factors including ＂soft＂ basic public services, ＂ hard＂ basic public services,public services of agricultural production and rural high level public services are extracted by means of the factor analysis.Then,the evaluation system of overall satisfaction with rural public goods is constructed,and the results of factor analysis are endowed with economic implication so as to reveal the hierarchy of demands and the formation mechanism of demand satisfaction.Finally,the optimization suggestions on the supply of rural public goods are proposed for raising farmers＇ demand satisfaction. |
