论中国古代楼阁建筑的审美意向

摘    要:
纵观楼阁建筑的发展历程,可以得出这样的结论:作为一种独立的建筑类型,楼阁以高峻宏敞为其最重要的审美观念。但与此同时,中国古人对隆楼杰阁的追求存在着“欲与南山齐”和“高处不胜寒”的两种倾向。楼阁审美发展变化体现在四个方面:强调“大壮适形”的“中和之美”;单体尺度受“风水形式说”控制;尺度上,宗教建筑和世俗建筑因审美情趣的需要而相互转换;既是景观又可观景。

Abstract:
This article reviews the development and transformation of the aesthetic orientations of Chinese ancient multistoried buildings in following aspects: beauty of neutralization of proper scaled architecture;individual scale controlled by the theory of xing & shi, building scales transformed between religious & mundane according to the needs of aesthetic interests; places of viewing & being viewed. By examining the development of Chinese ancient multistoried buildings, it is concluded that Chinese ancient multistoried buildings present an aesthetic orientation of tending to be high and spacious. At the same time, two contradictory tendencies coexisted: the yearning for highness and the fear of highness.
