关于高职院校人文公共课课时管理的思考

摘    要:人文素质教育关乎高职院校的人才培养质量,在人文课程建设中,课时是课程和师资管理的核心要素。将人文公共课程的教学工作量计算单独划分出来,通过引入课程比、学生比、教师比等数值,增加课时含量、激发课时能量,提升公共课教学效率,保障教师公平待遇,在现有条件下有效改善高职院校人文公共课程生存境况。

Abstract:Humanistic quality education plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges.In the process of construction of these courses,teaching hour is the critical element for the management of these courses and staff.So it is very important to differ the teaching hour from the regular teaching workload through introducing course ratio,student ratio,staff ratio and so on to add up to course contents,motivate course energy,improve teaching efficiency and guarantee equal treatment for the staff so that the present situation of the humanistic public courses can be efficiently improved.
