| 摘 要： | 中俄有组织犯罪的总体发展状况必然具有一定的相似性,但由于各自所处的背景差异,使得其发展规模和对社会的影响出现巨大的差异。本文从两国的有组织犯罪规模和组织化程度、对社会的影响、活动范围和社会背景等方面进行了系统的分析。
