| 摘 要： | 中国新技术创业投资公司 (简称中创公司 ) ,是我国第一家专营风险投资的全国性金融机构 ,是我国风险投资业起步的标志。但是 1 0多年后 ,却因种种原因被迫关闭。中创公司早期风险投资失败的根源在于缺乏有效的风险投资机制。因此 ,我国顺利发展风险投资业的关键在于风险投资机制的建立。

| Abstract: | The Chinese Venture Capital Company on Hi-Tech,the first nation wide financial organization specialized in venture capital, is a milestone of this line. Yet it experienced a failure and closed down after around ten years. Its failure consists in lack of an effective system of venture capital. Therefore, the key to the development of venture capital is the establishment of a complete system of venture capital. |
