对企业流动白领计生服务需求现状的调查分析——以北京市海淀区高新技术企业为例

随着北京市海淀区产业结构的调整，其高新技术企业员工的人口结构特征以及计生需求等都呈现出新的特点和问题，如员工流动性大、年轻化；计生政策、避孕节育方法知晓率不高；需要拓展避孕药具发放和领取渠道：计生部门需要细化服务和加强与医疗机构的协调等。海淀区计生委针对高新技术企业流动白领计生服务需求特点，探索建立以属地化管理为基础的“计生服务套餐”、“生殖健康档案”、“计生志愿者服务队”等计生服务新模式。

A Survey Analysis of FP Service Demand of Migrant White collar Workers in High tech Enterprises: Based on High tech Enterprises in Haidian District, Beijing

With the development and upgrading of industrial structure of Haidian District, there have occurred among the workers in the hi-teeh enterprises a new demographic characteristic and new family planning demand together with new issues, which include： frequent change of jobs and younger age of the people, their lack of knowledge of population and FP policy as well as conceptive methods, the necessity for the government to further widen channels for distributing conceptives, the need of more specific FP services and technical cooperation between FP sectors and medical institutions, etc. Therefore, the FP Committee of the district has created such new ways, based on the rule of ＂management according to habitual residence＂, as series of FP service, filed records and document of reproduction health, and FP volunteer teams.
