| 摘 要： | 建立现代企业制度 ,提高企业经营绩效是我国国有企业体制改革的目标 ,完善的公司治理结构是现代企业制度得以真正确立的保证。本文在研究了公司治理结构有关理论的基础上 ,分析了公司治理结构与公司绩效之间的关系 ,并给出了公司治理结构与公司绩效之间的一般关系模型。

| Abstract: | In the process of state owned enterprise innovation, we have an ultimate goal, that is, to set up modern corporate system to enhance corporate performance. Perfect corporate governance is the guarantee for establishing modern corporate system. Based on the research of the theories of corporate governance, the authors analyze the relationship between corporate governance and performance, and put forward the common relationship model between corporate governance and performance. |
