| 摘 要： | 台湾高科技产业,由于受岛内土地和劳动力成本增加、内需市场狭小、人才缺乏等因素的制约,必然向中国大陆转移,这是一种客观的趋势。台湾高科技产业向中国大陆转移的新领域是光电技术产业。厦门市光电技术产业的基础良好,研发实力较强,投资的软、硬环境具有优势。政府应当积极采取必要措施,促使厦门成为海峡两岸光电产业转移承接的重要区域。

| Abstract: | With the limitation of growing cost of labour force, small domestic market demand and the lack of technical personnel, hi-tech industries in Taiwan will surely move into the mainland, which is the objective tendency. A new field for this transference is photoelectron industry. With a solid foundation and technical strength, Xiamen is an excellent place for investment in the field of photoelectron industry. Therefore, the municipal government of Xiamen should take active actions to build Xiamen into an important district between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait for the transference and cooperation of photoelectron industry. |
