| 摘 要： | 民生发展是一个国家现代化进程的根本目标,是发展的高级形态,进入民生发展时代标志着一个国家开始进入现代化的成熟阶段。中国现代化进程经历了30年的制度转型和经济建设、改革开放和经济发展两个30年,中国需要将国家发展和现代化进程推进到民生发展时代。中国的民生发展时代具有新的时代特点,包括丰富的时代内涵。 |

| Abstract: | The development of the people＇s livelihood is the fundamental goal of the modernization of a country.The entry of this era symbolizes the entry of the advanced stage of the development.After experiencing the stage of institutional transformation and economic construction and that of economic reform and development,China at present time needs to be pushed forward into the era of the development of the people＇s livelihood.The development of the people＇s livelihood in China will be featured by some Chinese characteristics as China is both a socialist and developing country. |
