| 摘 要： | 采用共词网络分析方法,对国内近10年来创新管理的代表性研究进行文献计量分析,通过绘制知识网络图,识别目前国内创新管理领域的研究热点与连通点,通过可视化的分析展示创新管理的研究结构。研究结果表明:"技术创新"、"战略"、"R&D"等10个知识点是目前国内创新管理领域的研究热点;"自主创新"、"创新能力"、"科学技术"等16个知识点是创新管理研究知识网络的信息连通点,决定未来研究的发展方向;现阶段,国内创新管理研究形成以"技术创新"、"R&D"、"创新能力"、"高新技术"、"战略"、"制度创新"、"自主创新"为中心的七大研究主题子网,其中,"技术创新"是整个知识网络的中心。
