The working class is an important group of stakeholders in the socialist transformation, and studying its mentality has important significance in understanding socialist transformation. This paper, based on the archives of Guangzhou, further reveals the complex mentality of working class in the socialist transformation and explores the dominant factors that have affected the workers＇ mentality workers＇ class consciousness by the state is the key factor change.
