政府职能转变视角下的社会服务创新

随着市场经济的进一步深入,政府职能的转变引入了社会服务创新的要求。社会服务在我国当前社会经济发展中也扮演着越来越重要的角色,体现了我国构建服务型政府与和谐社会的内在要求。本文借鉴国外较为成熟的社会服务体系,探讨我国社会服务的发展现状与存在问题,并提出相应的解决对策和建议。

Innovation of Social Service Based on Transformation of Government Functions

With the further development of market economy,the transformation of government functions was required in the social service innovation.The social services play an increasingly important role in our current social and economic development,reflecting the inherent need of service-oriented government in China to build harmonious society.Borrowing ideas from the more mature foreign social service systems,the developing status of social services in China and present problems were discussed and the countermeasures and proposals were also put forward.
