| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设和巩固党的执政基础都是贯穿执政党建设始终的重大问题。党的各方面建设 ,最终都要体现到加强党的执政能力上来 ,体现到巩固党的执政基础上来。党的执政能力高低 ,在很大程度上决定着党的执政基础的巩固程度。因此 ,应将加强党的执政能力建设和巩固党的执政基础统一于执政党建设的实践中 ,通过加强党的执政能力建设 ,达到巩固党的执政基础的目的

| Abstract: | Strengthening Party's construction of ruling competency and consolidating ruling foundation of the party has been a crucial project throughout the construction for ruling party.All constructions in different fields must be reflected in the ruling competency of the party and displayed in consolidating ruling foundation.Whether the ruling competency of the Party is high or low may decide the degree of consolidation for the ruling foundation to smoe extent.Therefore,we should combine party's construction of ruling competency and consolidating ruling foundation into the building practice of ruling party and realize the purpose for consolidating ruling foundation through strengthening construction of ruling competency. |
