| 摘 要： | 对于犯罪价值问题，《论犯罪的价值》一书给了我们很好的答案，从各个角度批判了目前国内的犯罪有益论和相对主义犯罪价值论，但是，我们还要警惕的是从后现代主义哲学中演化的相对主义犯罪价值观，我们只有在坚持马克思主义理论的指导下，才能对此做出正确回应。

| Abstract: | The book ＂The Value of Crime＂ gives us a good answer to question that the value of crime, because it criticizes from many angles the current ＂crime is useful＂ theory in our country and the relative value of the crime. At the same time, we must pay attention to the relative values of crime which comes from the postmodernism philosophy; we can only uphold the Marxist theory as the guide and make the right response. |
