| 摘 要： | 通过引用Shift-Share Method分析法对延安和西安两座城市的三大产业结构进行对比分析,重点在对延安产业结构中三大产业的结构偏离分量和竞争力偏离分量分析后,得出延安产业结构中存在的问题：第一产业和第三产业产值较低,经济发展严重依赖于第二产业,资源型能源化工业在第二产业产值中所占比例较大,资源利用率低,浪费严重,环境污染严重从而导致其他细分的许多国民经济衡量指标都处于劣势,有悖于国家提倡的可持续发展道路。并在此基础上提出了促使延安产业结构合理化的对策建议：（1）积极促进产业集聚,发展产业集群;（2）开发特色优势资源,发展现代资源型产业;（3）走新型工业化道路;（4）通过工业和企业之间的购并、联合和重组带动产业结构调整升级。

| Abstract: | This article uses Shift-Share Method to make comparative analysis of structures of the three industries in Yan'an and Xi'an cities.It focuses on the industrial structure of Yan'an in the structure of the three major industries deviated from the industrial mix effect and the shift share effect,then finds out the problems in the industrial structure.The results show that the main problems are the primary industry and tertiary industry output value is too low,economic development is heavily dependent on second... |
