| 摘 要： | 个人信息是指一切可以识别本人的信息的总和,这些信息包括了一个人的生理的、心理的、智力的、个体的、社会的、经济的、文化的、家庭的等等方面。个人信息保护的统一立法模式,分为德国模式和日本模式两种范例。无论是哪种范例,都会存在一定的弊端。统一立法模式是中国制定个人信息保护法的必然选择。
