| 摘 要： | 普世伦理的普适性是相对的,但相对中有绝对,具有普遍意义的价值伦理能够对人的行为实践产生重大影响,如西方自然法与实在法的两分法与中国天地良心的作用。中国文化早就出现人的觉醒和主体意识萌生。西方文化中也有许多负面东西,但包含自然法等理想型普世伦理在内的西方思想力量既具有批判性,也具有建设性。
