| 摘 要： | 近年来,未成年人犯罪案件发案率呈现明显上升趋势,而未成年犯罪多是一些并不十分严重的罪行,实践中对未成年人适用罚金刑比较普遍,对未成年人适用罚金刑也引起了一些争议,笔者就对未成年人是否适合适用罚金刑以及如何对未成年犯罪人适用适当的刑罚粗浅地谈谈自己的看法。

In this article, the author elucidates his view on whether the fine fits for the juvenile case or not. |
