| Abstract: | In this paper,the author discusses how to achieve the healthy political environment from the following aspects：promoting democracy and guiding the villagers to be actively involved in political affairs;concerning about people’s livelihood and correctly handling the interests of the villagers;strengthening the building of grass-roots party organizations and the sense of serving the public. |
