高职示范校建设环境中系部学生工作研究

高职示范校建设推动了高职院校从教学到管理全方位改革，各类职业学院根据各自的办学理念提出符合区域培养目标的学生教育方案。在新的教育环境中，系部学生工作要落实好学院学生教育方案，抓住常规管理工作主线，搞好德育教育活动，处理好常规管理与德育教育的管理，提高工作效率，更有效服务于教育目标。本文通过分析高职院校系部学生工作，理清了高职院校系部学生工作脉络，提出了系部学生工作要处理好的工作关系。
