| 摘 要： | 金融危机背景下，大学生就业问题变得日益严峻，而非政府组织在缓解就业压力和社会矛盾方面的作用日益显现。针对大学生的就业现状，分析了非政府组织解决大学生就业问题的可行性，指出了非政府组织目前存在的问题及其未来的发展方向。
