摘    要:教师的品味是师德建设中的一个重要层面,理想的教师品味体现为:真、善、博、雅四个方面,其主要形成阶段在师范教育时期.当前师范生的师德教育应以提升品味为目标,并通过如下途径实施:加强师范生的价值观教育;重视师德教育中的实践环节;注重文化的选择和人文精神的渗透;齐心协力营造良好的育人环境.

Abstract:The quality of teachers constitutes an important aspect of teacher's professional ethics improvement.Specifically,it should include : the true,the good,the erudite and the elegant,which is formed mainly in the stage of normal education,Today,to upgrade the quality should be the objective of teacher's professional ethics education of teacher students.In the implementation,we must attach great importance to :(1)the values education of teacher students;(2)practical links in teacher 's professional ethics education;(3)the choice of culture and the penetration of the humanistic spirit;and(4)the creation of a favorable environment for educating people.
