| 摘 要： | 基于系统动力学方法,在对西安市雨水资源利用及经济现状进行分析的基础上,构建了西安市雨水资源经济系统SD模型；对模型基本功能进行了仿真,得出只要加大城市雨水资源化利用的投入力度,西安市经济才有持续稳步增长的水资源基础；之后进一步对西安市雨水资源经济系统进行多种政策方案模拟,选取最优方案；最后提出了相应政策建议.

| Abstract: | According to the system dynamics,the economic system of rainwater resource in Xi’an city,Model SD,is constructed based on the analysis on the utilization of rainwater resource in Xi’an city and its economic status.After the simulation for the basic function of the model,it is concluded that only by increasing the strength of investment in the utilization of rainwater resources in large cities,can Xi’an city have the foundation of water resource for the constant and stable increase of its economy.And then the economic system of Xi’an rainwater resource is stimulated with a variety of policies and schemata,together with the selection of optimistic plan.Finally,some corresponding policies and suggestions are put forward. |
