| 摘 要： | 家庭暴力不仅直接对家庭成员的身心健康构成严重伤害和威胁，而且还会破坏家庭的稳定和安宁，与城镇相比，农村的家庭暴力受害者的合法权益往往得不到及时、有效的保护。本文针对我国农村妇女遭受家庭暴力的现状，分析家庭暴力发生的成因及防治对策。
