| 摘 要： | 采用多层次模糊综合评价法科学确定智力资本评价指标的权重以及被评价企业智力资本综合状况对各评价等级的隶属程度,进而计算智力资本评价值。这样实现了定性向定量,主观向客观的转化,评价结果更科学合理。

| Abstract: | The paper applies hierarchy and fuzzy comprehensive method to decide the weighted index value of intellectual capital evaluating index and the subordinate degree of enterprise intellectual capital comprehensive situation to each evaluating rank, and to calculate the intellectual capital evaluation value. In this way, transforming from fixed quality to fixed quantity, from subject to object are all realized.The evaluating result is more scientific and reasonable. |
