| Abstract: | The key to protect the supervision by public opinions is a problem of dividing line of news infringement act, which depends upon strict law boundary. The principles to protect the supervision by public opinions, at least, should include three aspects: news media can have the right of implementing the supervision independently; what they do must benefit the uphold of social and public interests; the identity of news infringement act should rely on "strict duty" and "fair minded comment". |
