关于发展性课堂教学评价的理论思考及实施难点

摘    要:发展性课堂教学评价强调对评价对象人格的尊重,强调以人的发展为本。发展性课堂评价的根本目的是促进发展,它分别包含促进学生发展和促进教师成长两个方面;而发展性课堂教学评价的标准应确定在发展性上;在课堂教学评价方法的确定上应以发展性为根本出发点。因此,发展性课堂教学评价方法应遵循两个原则,即自评与他评相结合以及定性评价与定量评价相结合。

Abstract:The development of classroom teaching evaluation emphasizes respect to the evaluation of the target personality and human development-oriented thinking.Its fundamental purpose is to promote development,which includes the development of students and teachers,and the development of classroom teaching evaluation criteria should determine the nature of the development.Evaluation method of teaching in the classroom should be determined by nature as the fundamental starting point,therefore classroom teaching evaluation methods should follow two principles.
