| 摘 要： | 国际游资已经成为一种庞大的国际金融力量,它对经济发展具有显著的积极作用,也有巨大的破坏力。本文提示,应该关注国际游资运作中“自由与公平”的失衡,指出这是诱发金融危机的内在原因之一。该文剖析了国际游资运作中“自由与公平”的对立表现,揭示了二者的深层联系,阐明了发展中国家在国际游资“自由与公平”问题上的应有态度。

| Abstract: | The international moveable fund has become a huge power in the field of the international finance.It's not only a positive power for the economy development but a destructive one.Now there is some problems about the liberty and justice in the process of the international moveable fund.This is the reason of the financial crisis which we should emphasize the unbalance in it.This ar-ticle reveals the antinomy between the liberty and the justic and discovers the deep-relation in them.The attitude that the devel-oping country should have about theliberty an justiceproblem is the other keystone in the article. |
