| 摘 要： | 渝东南少数民族地区人多地少,社会经济发展较为滞后,农业经济占有比重较大,农村劳动力资源丰富,但技能素质普遍较低,农村剩余劳动力成功转移对渝东南乃至重庆市农村经济发展和社会稳定具有重大的战略意义。本文阐述了渝东南农村劳动力培训转移现状、主要成效、存在的主要问题及对策。

| Abstract: | The ethnic minority areas in southeastern Chongqing is characterized by overpopulation and land scarcity,lagging social and economic development,large proportion of agriculture in the local economy and abundant rural labor resources with poor quality in skill.The successful transfer of the surplus labor in these areas is of strategic importance to the development of the rural economy and social stability of these areas and of Chongqing Municipality as a whole.This paper expatiates the current situation of the training and transfer of rural labor in these areas,major achievements and existing problems.Some policy recommendations are presented. |
