| 摘 要： | 高校学生政治辅导员是工作在一线的学生专职管理者 ,他们在教育对象中的威信直接影响着其教育和管理的效果。文章提出高校可从三方面优化辅导员的成长环境 ,在组织上树立辅导员的威信 ;同时指出辅导员个体应从三方面提高自身的综合素质 ,这是树立辅导员威信的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Instructors as full-time supervisors of students foster students' ideology in colleges. The effects of education and supervision are directly influenced by their prestige to students. The author puts forward three ways at the angle of college in which instructors can mature steadily and gain much prestige. Meanwhile, the author points out that an instructor should improve his own comprehensive quality in three ways that are very important for an instructor to gain prestige. |
