Based on domestic and foreign markets of supply and demand,consumption,import and export situation of synthetic rubber,this article predicts the market closing time for future development with the help of the "theory of opportunity window" and exponential smoothing.We carry out a case study on the 4 listed companies,focusing on the development of special synthetic rubber in recent years to analyze the opportunities and risks of domestic synthetic rubber’s investment.It believes that the demand in growing markets is vigorous in the development of current China’s synthetic rubber,and there are profits to enter into the industry.But we should guard against aimless investment projects and select sites carefully.
