模块化人才培养：理论构建与风险防控

模块化人才培养模式是一种面向专业能力提升的新颖人才培养方式,它通过对专业能力的＂解构＂与＂有机重组＂来实现人才能力结构的优化、创新与功能提升。模块化人才培养模式的构建需要以人才培养目标为核心优化课程体系结构,建立与模块化课程相适应的实践教学模式,建立模块化的教材体系以及建立模块化教学的制度保障体系以完善模块化人才培养的教学体系;需要打破传统的单一性的科层化教学组织结构形式,建立一种以＂模块集成组织＂为核心的复合化、平行化的教学组织结构。同时,模块化人才培养模式还存在着模块组织的关系风险、系统运行的绩效风险以及模块的嵌入性风险,需要在实践中加以防范。

The modularized talents fostering mode is a kind of neoteric talents fostering for promoting pro- fessional ability. By deconstructing and organically reconstruct professional abilities, this model can finally re- alize the optimization, innovation and promotion of the structure of talents capacity. The construction of modu- larized talents fostering model needs to use the goal of talents fostering as core to optimize course system struc- ture, establish basic practical teaching model suitable for modularized curriculum, and build modularized teaching material system and set up the institution system to guarantee modularized teaching, so as to improve the teaching system of modularized talents fostering model. However, the construction also needs to break the traditional, homogeneous and bureaucratic organizational form of teaching so as to build a new kind of com- pound and parallelized form with the core of ＂module integration organization＂. At the same time, because of the existence of the relational risk of modular organization, the performance risk of system operation, and the embedability risk of modules, some prior measures should be taken to prevent those risks.
